Objectivity is the central concept in impartial thinking with two main components as Reality and Truth. It also requires bias free propositions, but how can anyone become free of biases? What level of thinking shall the person have, to ensure that the actions that will results will never be due to his/her prejudices?
The philosophy sees impartial thinking mainly from a moral perspective, but never from social perspectives. If societies cannot become impartial, how can then each person become impartial? Is it even possible? If we know that none of us can be impartial in all aspects of their decisions, how can we ever thing that it would be possible to make positive changes?
Reality is mind-dependent, but do we have those minds that stay independent when others are dependent? If we need to select leaders based on their impartial thinking, how can we do it without involving the moral aspect of thinking?
Bernard Gert proposed ten moral rules: Do not kill, Do not cause pain, Do not disable, Do not deprive of freedom, Do not deprive of pleasure, Do not deceive, Keep your promises, Do not cheat, Obey the law, Do your duty. There seem to be working from two aspects that refer to living beings and obeying the laws.
If we would be existing within a system that respects all of the above rules, would we be able to become then the impartial thinkers? What is it that we really need to become impartial thinkers and will it ever be possible? If nature is impartial, why humans can not be impartial in their thinking?
