Practitioners know how to solve problems because the majority have learned to formulate the issues. In the majority of cases we have issues that need to be solved, but at the same time, we have data that require proper analyses and interpretation. How can we link the issues to the data to write a good proposal and request research funds?
If we search for solutions without knowing on how to write the mathematical or statistical formulation, we fail to solve the problems. Therefore, how difficult is to get money for research in any area?
