How to set my website unpublic to visitors?

Hello there,

Recently I found my website with a redirection to another website. But I don't want anyone who browse my website could see the problem. I want them to see "sorry, My website is under construction" until the problem was solved.
How to set?

Anybody can help?

I did not find the right solution from the internet.
