Each and every one of us has a different way of learning. Although, there are some studies done about the optimum time that an average brain can focus to learn, we try through our courses to prepare those individuals who are above the average.
Learning requires effort since new brain connections will be made therefore to get to a certain "volume" or "number" of new connections, a larger time will be required to read and focus.
If a person's focused time to read is up to 30 min., to further develop the brain and increase its plasticity, we will need either to increase the total number of slides or lead time to finish each chapter.
If the material is too truncated and made into small presentations that have very little connection with each other, the time required to remember will be increased leading in many cases to wrong answers.
The daily learning time as an average should be no less than 2 hrs..
