Swimming as a way of life

When I talk about learning and achieving, I often use examples related to children’s life because they represent our future. Today, I am inspired by competitive swimmers. If you have a child involved in competitive swimming, you also have a chart that monitors their performances.

As you well know, sometimes the child’s swimming time can be shorter or longer by a fraction of a second. You are also aware that the difference of a fraction of a second may place him or her at the top or bottom of the list. However, what is most important is that they finish the competition. For us that is "Swimming as a way of life".

There are many factors that contribute to the success of a competitive swimmer. While personal discipline, determination, and persistent effort are crucial to their success, we believe that their support system is just as important. We all know that children thrive when their parents cheer them and coaches guide them through the peaks and valley of their training program.

As you well know, at BITSPEC we also like to complete charts. We particularly like them as they help us see the progress of our students. At BITSPEC, it is crucial to us that you successfully complete your program, and we have spent much time asking ourselves how we could best support you reach the final line. And then, it came to us. A coach!

Our students may need a coach to assist them with the challenges of learning and managing a busy personal and professional life.

We have spent a lot of time to find the right resource and would like to introduce Manon Dulude, Professional Certified Coach. We believe that whether or not you struggle with the completion of your program, you will benefit from including coaching to maximize your learning and performance. Manon is an extraordinary person and coach. We are truly impressed with her achievements and reputation. We encourage you to visit her website www.forgecoachingandconsulting.com or to contact her directly at info@forgecoachingandconsulting.com.

We look forward to seeing more students learn and become certified in Lean Six Sigma.
