Everyone knows that large organizations change the culture of their employees for their benefit. The question is rather are those changes benefiting the society at large or the organizations that are built for profits?

The dehumanization process is removing a human's qualities, including clothes (dressing them in the same ways), education, jobs, dignity, and any type of social or shared responsibility. We are reaching a point when leaders have no deep knowledge of the human needs for quality of life and sustainability. Moreover, the lives of animals and the environment are no different than human life. These beliefs are the cornerstone of each culture, and religion, formed over many millions of years.

Does everyone have access to the same quality of information and knowledge? Why do animals detect the dangers faster than humans?

Dorina Grossu Overall under the current approach to learning system we are taught how to end or stop certain information from interpretation yet those who do have access to knowledge are not allowed to communicate, and the question is why not? 5 days ago

Surprisingly, students love to learn statistics when exposed to exercises during the class because it allows them to make mistakes, learn, search for answers, and feel they spend quality time. Yet, those who can learn alone through eLearning develop a completely different set of skills that help them in the long term. So, now we have long-term and short-term solutions to learn math and statistics.

The original article that can be translated from Dutch to English

Do immigrants contribute to public finances?
Do welfare states attract and benefit immigrant groups?

Is immigration necessary to bear the costs of an aging population?

What is the role of education and cultural factors in all this?
And what about the second generation?

A multidisciplinary team of four experienced researchers investigated this topic in the Netherlands. They had access to unique anonymised microdata from Statistics Netherlands on all inhabitants of the country. In estimating the fiscal impact of immigration, the net lifetime contribution of immigrants to public coffers was estimated by employing the method of generational
accounting.

The result is this book, with the eloquent title Borderless Welfare State. It answers the questions, contains a wealth of previously unpublished information, and draws conclusions with
strong policy relevance. The findings may inspire researchers and policymakers in other countries, particularly in Europe, with a comparable welfare state.

An earlier version of this book sparked debate in the Netherlands. The Dutch government stated that they did not need this type of information. One could only guess the underlying reason
for this position. Is it the inconvenient message from Borderless Welfare State that, if immigration continues by the current
numbers and composition, welfare states like the Dutch one become unsustainable?

The question in descriptive statistics is always about significance, so the story is that when wild animals approach areas within the city perimeters, they feel the dangers of hunger, pollution, and the threat of disappearance due to the loss of their hunting grounds from construction, deforestation, etc. We are all connected to living life in an environment that is clean and has quality built into it.

Welcome back in 2025! It will be an eventful year, and hopefully, many solutions will be finally applied. Let's remind ourselves of the role of statistics "Statistics is a science because its methods are systematic and have general application. However, it's also an art because the successful application of statistical methods depends on the skill and experience of the statistician."

Uncertainty is statistics; therefore, the current conditions require knowledge and skills. Education is no longer about knowing little bits about something but rather about understanding what and how to organize calm and peace.
