#democratic societies have the power to overcome #political #instability when each #party understands that #transparency and #ethical behavior of their #elected leaders is their #strength . Challenges do occur when #leadership race is seen rather as a #continuation of what has been already overcome through #science, #fairness , #humanrights etc.

Just looked at some Univ. that offer online courses but their prices are above $20K per year so, wouldn't be easier to take our course in Lean Six Sigma and learn #statistics, #leadership, #operationalmanagement , #qualitymanagement?

Some want to be(come) leaders because they do not like to be the "followers" yet then the question is whether they have respect for the "followers"? #respect #leadership
