Most large investment organizations are implementing continuous improvement with the end in mind: reducing the number of people. Many of them have no #education, or #training on the agenda because it is #expensive. True, many machines can do a lot more, but no country is getting any closer to having just machines, electronics, etc.

In general, #companies #accept their #processes with non-normal distributions and consider them as #normaldistributed because #education is too #expensive for proper support.

Within a class, we would expect a rather #normalized #outcome when population and teacher are alike. When there are large gaps within population aka #mixedpopulation and #teacher then #education becomes #expensive and #nonProductive
