previous working experience in #leansixsigma projects is in fact not required by org. when hiring if they would focus on candidates who have knowledge in statistics & math plus a good personality to understand the culture of the country/org. & political climate therefore the fact that org. do not know it, results in costly hiring while the #customers pay for it

can we use the term customer when we teach children in an Education? Is it that parents pay and that is why we provide them with services or is it that Education and all its related services are today's society responsibility! #customers #education the issues are larger since it is the responsibility that we owe to children rather than seeing them as our "customers"
