Found it today in the #Ojibwe #Cultural #Foundation, an evidence on what all #Canadians are working on, which is the #Truth and #Reconciliation.
The #highlyeducated #workforce is a myth since with the technological advancements, everyone can learn anywhere. The #education today refers to the #cultural #environment and #resources used for #learning rather than the schools attended. #educationchanges #elearning #selflearning
#cultural differences on how #authorities are seen when confronted with the #laws; some represent the laws and therefore are above them, while others obey the laws. "welfare" of the #society depends on how well all respect the laws.
Since #institutions create most of the #inequalities (institutionalized inequality) why do some expect them to solve issues such as #poverty, #lack to access #resources, #qualityoflife, etc. We need organizations that can support those who are the least cared for because of #age, #cultural #differences (background), #societystructure
#qualitysystems involve #rules and yet many #students don't get the rules or like to #breakrules; #cultural or rather #corruptiblesystems
When #Education would be the main #global endeavor rather than the #regions, #cultural based, we might see how #engagement would happen naturally while #organizations will no longer differentiate candidates based on their country of origins. #certificationseducation
Interesting enough from #cultural perspectives, when students get a grade of 70% their thoughts are that they did something wrong when in fact it only shows the level of #knowledge proving that there is still work to be done #StudentProgress
