Dorina Grossu worked as Manager and Lean Six Sigma in Automotive Industry ( Magna International, OMRON Dualtec), Program Manager in Research and Development Healthcare (University Health Network), Banking Service (CIBC-Edulinx) and Professor/Instructor Big Data at Sheridan College and Queen's College. She enjoys teaching as part of human development. She achieved success by understanding businesses and worked with a variety of cross functional teams to achieve measurable results that met customers and stakeholders expectations. In her spare time, she tutors math K-12 because she believes that without engaging our children today we will not be able to make any positive changes in the future.
She worked with large project budgets (up to $11 million) and implemented projects/programs across multiple companies as Six Sigma and TS 16949. Introduced new technology in manufacturing and healthcare. She enjoyed working as a Professor at Sheridan College while one of the most rewarding activities is tutoring math and statistics. She holds a M.Sc Chemical Engineering Major in Petrochemistry (Polytechnic Institute, Bucharest, Romania), Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (Lean Six Sigma Training Academy LLC) and Accredited Training Provider (IASSC), Bioinformatics (Centennial College Toronto, Canada),Project Management (York University, Toronto, Canada), eCommerce Business Analysis (Canada) and Neuroeconomics( Higher School of Economics- National Research University).
