Change Management as a concept is detailed in technical studies as a systematic shift from the current state to a future state. The current state requires changes when: processes are not properly controlled, people exhibit behaviors that have an overall negative impact on outcome, outdated technologies and equipment that require replacement, changes, upgrading etc.
Although Change Management as a technical concept has been widely implemented since 1994, in fact, changes are continuous and constant with two main characteristics that consist in implementing changes in a given time frame and at a certain speed. There have always been changes in the way communities, organizations, countries have been re-organized, in the way people's beliefs have changed since data and processes had proven that conceptual thinking requires facts before becoming truth. The deep and sustainable interaction between change management and statistical data is crucial since theories are approved or disapproved based on concrete results if the concept of change benefits societies at large.
