Aristotle said that “solitude is his own best friend, and takes delight in privacy whereas the man of no virtue or ability is his own worst enemy and is afraid of solitude”. Virtue or ability are skills that require patience and realization that exceptional skills require time until knowledge is developed so creation can be allowed to occur. A certain maturity level requires that each one of us is capable of self-discovery that consequently increases the freedom of our thinking. Thinking that the tools learned have a short term applicability without understanding their multiple usage leads us to discard them as unuseful.

I met a Japanese artist at an Art Show who said that under our skin there are many people who have influenced us, and that is important to know who did what. Through his art, he represents people in black and white. What we need to challenge through solitude is finding beauty and purpose within ourselves before sharing with the team, company, and community levels.

Brain can make changes when it is involved in mindful interactions. When there is no solitude, the brain can not regain itself therefore creative emotion cannot fully develop at their dimension. In a Lean Six Sigma environment quality, engagement, and both social and personal recognition are important. Knowing what and how to make positive changes leads to better outcome and social fulfillment.
