It might come as a surprise, but an evolutionary process in change management is the result of subjective ontology. I will not consider objective ontology and their impact on processes as part of an evolutionary process because economics tried very hard to become part of natural science as genetics, chemistry, biology, physics, yet it is the result of the subjective ontology that is causing these large discrepancies between populations. If we really want to work towards closing those gaps, a deeper insight is required into how feelings and emotions are formed, and their impact at brain and mind levels.

If Education lacks the basis on transferring knowledge, then we should be at least aware that laws, institutions, organizations are all representative of our emotions and desires rather than a result of chemistry, biology, anatomy and other sciences. Some of the characteristics of involutionary management can be easily observed when people are persecuted, laid off or simply dismissed for their ideas.

Tolerance to different views and opinions, feelings, preferences on taking certain paths in life have the causes originated at a different level, and although many would refer as a culture, my personal view is that it is dependent on the level of education and accessibility to today’s technology as well as the power to communicate.

There is no such thing as an evolutionary country when there are still companies that have their behavioral patterns further back in time when survival of the species was the main focus of existence.

There is no competition against, but rather competition to do the best and this is where the main focus of the new management on the evolutionary path should be.
